Zero

Zero is a fast-rising bass music producer from the UK. After a few remixes and free downloads, he started remixing the likes of Holy Goof and Secondcity, and collaborating with names such as Vellum, Barely Royal, My Nu Leng, Killa P, Freddie Martin, Skepsis, Gentlemens Club, Window Kid, Devilman and Deppz on labels like Crucast, his own label BARCODES, and House Call. Following his tongue-in-cheek clunker ‘Barry White’, his bass-heavy ‘1 More’ track with vocalist EJ Kitto earned a release on DJ Zinc’s highly respected Bingo Bass label.

“I’ve been involved in cryptocurrency for a short while, it’s a thing of the future,” he says. “I'm no financial advisor, but it just gets me excited as we see more investment and potential uses for cryptocurrencies increase. It’s become very popular and potentially lucrative over recent years yet can be a volatile means of investment — although it’s something that quite literally anybody can get involved with. It’s great to see DJ Mag lead the way with something that feels so futuristic. I am really excited to see how it gets used and its future within the industry. It’s all very new to most people, and is a completely different way of approaching the normal means of transaction.”
